15^th July Website goes live

1^st August Abstract submission and registration systems go live

15^th August International Programme Advisory Group (IPAG) selected

12^th September Deadline for draft session proposals

14^th November Official abstract submission closing date

14^th November Deadline for final session proposals

19^th November Abstract review week for IPAG

29^th November ‘Clean up’ of the abstracts completed

29^th November Preparations for EPC meeting completed

10^th December

To EPC Marathon Meeting in Barcelona

12^th December

13^th December ‘Clean up’ of the programme after EPC meeting

15^th December Scholarship allocation decided

18^th December E-mail notifications to abstract authors completed

2008

9^th January Advertised deadline for presenters to confirm their participation

10^th January Reminder sent to unconfirmed presenters

15^th January Scholarships re-distributed and reserves speakers invited

21^st January Final deadline for reserve speakers to confirm their participation

21^st January Deadline for the ‘Early Bird’ registration rate (at 23:59 GMT)

29^th February Session organisers, speakers & chairs to pay delegate fees
